EPP Group Europe month – join us!
On 9 May 1950, Robert Schuman, a great Christian Democrat and one of the founding fathers of the European Community, made a historic declaration, which laid the foundations for the construction of the European Union, as we know it today.
2025 marks the 75th anniversary of the Schuman Declaration.
To honour his unique and fundamental contribution to the European cause, the EPP Group celebrates Europe month in May – inviting you, to take part in activities, like our Robert Schuman Essay Competition, and to visit the European Parliament on its Open Days in Brussels and Strasbourg. There you can meet and greet Members of Parliament, learn about career opportunities and engage in fun activities at the EPP Group Stand.
