At the EPP Group we are looking for the next generation of policy makers and we invite you to write your own manifesto and propose solutions to a specific challenge.

Write an essay on the topic: “How should the European Union strengthen its security and defence in a changing global landscape, and what role should young people play in shaping Europe’s future resilience?“

Prizes:
The winner of the Essay competition will receive a 5-month paid traineeship (September 2025 – February 2026) with our Group, the EPP, in Brussels.
The top 10 participants will receive an invitation for the next EPP Group Youth Week in Brussels
